Hc Hotel Magec, Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife)

The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms, although cold and not very nice after 2 days, come with a nice and big balcony. It's a bit disappointing to pay for surfing and using the safe in the room. The service, along with all the other staff, was pleasant, really helpful, and friendly. While the dining experience is hit and miss, the breakfast buffet offers a variety, albeit with not the best coffee. The location is great with shelter from the wind, but it can be cool at times, near the bus station and a short walk into the center by the beach. Price-wise, good value for money but beware of additional charges like paying for surfing and room safe.
